Abstract
The main of current research is the implementation of new trainning techniques of romanian sport horses to achieve sporting performance in order to highlight the improvment of motric quality defined by force, strength, speed and skill of sports horses. The main premise of this research was to investigate the effect of three different methods of training on improving physical fitness and sports performance horses participating in competitions jumping by applying a standard test (TS1). The purpose of this research is oriented towards the improvement of physical, technical and tactical training at jumping over obstacles discipline, by optimizing the means and methods used in training; optimization is an accurate way to approach the structure of training process, based on the unity of training priciples, on the particularities of the studied theme content, all forms and methods of training, as well as learning particularities of the experimental group. The experiments were conducted on two groups of sport horses (Lexp and Lc) of the Dumbrava Timişeşti stallions deposit. The horses were evaluated in T0 moments when it was applied a standard test  (TS1) and after two trainning patterns performed over a period of 8 weeks with a distribution in three different intervals: gallop, sprint and jumping. The following parameters were analyzed: speed at [Lactate 2 and 4], heart rate maximum, medium and after 2 minutes of exercise, the distance until the lactate concentration in blood is 2 and 4 mmol/l. Results from TS1 showed a significant improvement in horses performance in Lexp after the trainning period compared to Lc for which there was no difference from the result at the time T0.
