THE SWOT ANALYSIS REGARDING THE GENERAL FRAME OF MANIFESTING SKILL EXCELLENCE IN ROMANIAN SPORTS

Abstract:
Analyzing the general manifestation context of skill excellence in Romanian sport we have two etiologic categories (internal and external causative context) each of them including several subcategories. The description of these causative contexts tries to reveal some essential aspects that influence the obtaining of exceptional performance in sport.
On the determined etiologic categories we built up a SWOT analysis regarding the general skill excellence manifestation in the Romanian sport and we formulated some suggestions regarding this theme.
